Facemate surgical and respirator masks are also used in hospitals in Germany, Poland, Belgium, The Netherlands and Switzerland to name just a few. Irema filter material is used by filter manufacturers to make HVAC filters in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Face masks
Promedicare - Facemate
Promedicare is a leading supplier of medical devices and pharmaceutical products to the Irish healthcare market including the Irish Health service, the HSE.
In early 2020, due to the worldwide Covid 19 pandemic, the demand for providing suitable PPE including respiratory protective equipment to the Irish healthcare service increased dramatically. Worldwide, government departments and private companies clambered to source large volumes of PPE, and raw material demand caused product shortages and price increases.
TE Connectivity - OEM
TE Connectivity is an American Swiss-domiciled technology company that designs and manufactures connectivity and sensor products. The organisation supplies a variety of industries including automotive, industrial equipment, data communication systems, aerospace, defence, medical, oil and gas, consumer electronics and energy.
At the outbreak of Covid-19, TE Connectivity needed to secure the supply of face masks for the protection of its 80,000 workforce which continued to work throughout the pandemic.
AMPri - Facemate
AMPri is a German distributor with almost 30 years’ experience in the field of personal protective equipment as well as disposable articles for protection, care and hygiene. Due to the company’s proximity to the market and knowledge of customer requirements, the expansion of their product range became a constant challenge.
American Multinational - OEM
This well-known American multinational conglomerate corporation operates in the fields of industry, worker safety, US health care and consumer goods. It is consistently ranked in the top 100 of the US Fortune 500. It produces over 60,000 products under several brands. In order to meet customer demand and participate in European tenders, the organisation needed to outsource its surgical mask manufacturing.
Filter material
EURO-Filter
EURO-Filter, founded in 1998, produces and supplies filters for air conditioning systems in industrial plants. The 70 employees are based in Dortmund in Germany.
In 2015 EURO-Filter required a regular supply of well-priced, high quality air filter pockets to meet its expansion targets and customer demand.
European air filter manufacturer
This European air filter manufacturer sells over 200 EU and quality standards-compliant components for filtration and air distribution in the European market – in particular for cleanrooms, chemical, pharmaceutical and hospital industries.
In 2015, the air filter producer needed a quality EU-standards compliant manufacturer to supply pocket air filters under its own brand.
Ultramare Sp. z o.o.
Ultramare Sp. z.o.o., established in 1996, is a leading manufacturer in the Polish air filter market with over 3,000 customers. It originated from Ultramare AB, Scandinavia’s oldest filter company which was founded in 1934.
Ultramare Poland offers a complete range of filters, tested to European standards. In 2007, to produce its pocket bag filters, the company needed a dependable, regular supply of high quality non-woven material manufactured to international standards.
GAFCO
Founded in Saudi Arabia in 1990, GAFCO is a leader in the development, design, production and sale of air filtration solutions for a wide range of industries in over 20 countries.
In 2019, GAFCO needed a second supplier of M5 – F9 air filter material to address the challenging conditions in the region with filter media that can withstand the harsh environment and provide customers with the highest possible dust holding capacity.
